The Heard Gardens at Wright Outdoor Solutions is a destination. Spend the day or bring your lunch, eat by the pond or under a tree. You’re always welcome to walk among the display gardens to get landscaping ideas. Bring the kids and let them play and run. Do cartwheels on the lawn. Bring your dog, with a leash and walk among the trees. Bring binoculars and watch the birds; sometimes we see pelicans and bald eagles soar above the river.
Our facilities are located at 8000 Raccoon River Drive. Take Grand Avenue west, past 1-35, and take the first left onto Raccoon River Drive. Travel 2 miles and you’ll see us on the south side of the road.

Looking for just the right plant for your yard? Come and visit our display gardens for ideas of what you can do in your own landscape. Our Garden Center staff can help you find the right plant for your environment.
The Garden Center is open April 10th through October 31st.
Hours: Monday to Wednesday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Thursday and Friday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
We’re OPEN Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day!
