Wright Outdoor Solutions offers indoor and outdoor services to residential customers and their communities across the country. These services include landscape design and installation, complete tree care, lawn care, seasonal maintenance, a garden center, interior and exterior holiday lights and décor, interior plantscaping, land clearing and mulch. Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for new and existing clients; reach out, respond or re-direct appropriately to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Accurately communicate product and service information
  • Resolve client concerns by clarifying feedback, determining the root cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, ensuring execution, and following up
  • Create and maintain client and project documentation
  • Schedule sales and service appointments and ensure crews are appropriately staffed
  • Support account managers, operations managers and staff and crew members to ensure projects are executed as specified
  • Work flexible hours to accommodate the seasonality of the industry
  • Uphold the values of Wright Outdoor Solutions, which include safety, integrity, quality, respect, teamwork, innovation, and family

Requirements

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
  • 1 year of experience in high volume customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products; willingness and ability to learn proprietary software and other programs as necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Iowa driver’s license and a good driving record
