These services include landscape design and installation, complete tree care, lawn care, seasonal maintenance, a garden center, interior and exterior holiday lights and décor, interior plantscaping, land clearing and mulch. Responsibilities

• Conduct complete tree care, including removal, pruning and maintenance, insect and disease control, removal and stump grinding and storm cleanup
• Support arbor manager in ensuring projects are completed as specified
• Supervise tree care crew members, and maintain efficient workflow
• Support arbor manager in providing safety and technical training, and enforcing standards
• Perform tasks as needed in all service areas of Wright Outdoor Solutions
• Manage equipment maintenance
• Work flexible hours in all weather conditions to accommodate the seasonality of the industry

Requirements

• International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborist certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Ability to properly climb trees with ropes and saddles, and operate and maintain a bucket truck and chipper
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read and complete daily paperwork
• Strong organizational, project management and problem solving skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid Iowa driver’s license with a Class B or higher CDL endorsement and a good driving record
• We are willing to train motivated individuals
