Wright Outdoor Solutions would like to thank you for your material purchase. We take great pride in offering unique varieties of quality hardscape material. You will find detailed material warranty information below. When applicable, credit will be issued in lieu of a cash refund on warranty items. If payment is not made in full within the original agreement terms, the warranty is void. The warranty period starts upon completion of your project and only applies if installed by the Wright Outdoor Solutions team.
Hardscape Material Warranty
Warranty includes:
- Materials are guaranteed under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Workmanship is guaranteed for 3 years, for the installation of all paver and wall block projects.
Warranty does not include:
- Project failures that result from vandalism, fire, natural settlement, construction excavation/compaction or trenching, animal damage, traffic loads in excess of design stipulations, re-routing of water drainage system after installation, use of winter salt or snow/ice products, stains.
- Project failures that result from acts of nature such as lightning, tornadoes, drought, abnormal frost, excessive winds, ice storms and/or floods, etc.
- Workmanship or materials provided or altered by anyone other than Wright Outdoor Solutions.
- Polymeric sand, grout, glue and sealants.
- Natural stone materials.
- Color fading, changes or abnormalities.
