Employee Spotlight: Anna Saemisch

Our first employee spotlight for 2015 features Account Manager Anna Saemisch. In the industry professionally since 1992, Anna continually upholds her reputation for passionate customer service, honesty and intricate floral design. She developed an interest in the green industry while working in her mom’s greenhouse and flower shop throughout her childhood, helping design arrangements for weddings, funerals and holiday displays.

Anna has been with The Growing Concern since 2002 and stayed with the company through its 2013 merger with Wright Outdoor Solutions when they transitioned to operate as a division of the company. Anna specializes in providing clients interior holiday décor, exterior maintenance, and silk and fresh cut arrangements.

With client satisfaction as the cornerstone of her work, Anna has always strived for perfection. Her team continuously goes the extra mile to ensure that clients receive the best service possible. Her passion for high standards has given her a loyal client base – many who have come to trust her opinion and give her the creative freedom to experiment with fun and unique ways to make their homes beautiful.

In her free time, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and five children. She loves being around plants and has grown a strong love for crepe myrtle trees (lagerstroemia) because they remind her of her home in the south and for their beautiful blooms.
