Employee Spotlight: Molly Betts

Senior Accountant Molly Betts is passionate about all things accounting and has been with Wright Outdoor Solutions since 2008.

Molly is an Iowa native. She lived in a few small towns and settled into Boone before coming to Des Moines for college. She earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the American Institute of Business. She became attracted to Wright Outdoor Solutions because of the people. Co-workers can come and go, but that hasn’t stopped Molly from gaining lifelong friends from working at the company.

Over the years, Molly’s role has grown as the company has grown. Known as the “payroll gal,” she is now the senior accountant, and her responsibilities revolve around numbers. Her co-workers would describe her as very thorough and dependable and always willing to help out.

Besides her co-workers, Molly’s favorite part about working at Wright Outdoor Solutions is the environment itself. She loves coming to work in the spring and seeing everything in full bloom. In the fall, she revels in the holiday décor that lights up the office.

In her free time, Molly loves to spend time with her friends and family, care for her cat Sparky and get lost in marathons of NCIS. Her favorite flower is the rose because of its fragrance and elegance and because she loves their scent.
