Our Family Is Growing

A Letter from the General Manager Jennifer Anderson

Wright Outdoor Solutions had a milestone summer as we added another company to our family. We closed on an acquisition of a company called Branching Out based out of Omaha, Nebraska. They’ve been in business since 1981 and found their niche serving residential and commercial clients with three primary services: interior plantscaping, exterior seasonal color rotation and interior holiday décor.

Our two companies are a natural fit, which is the primary reason we pursued the acquisition from the very beginning. Their three services align closely with existing services we offer, so it’s a business we know very well and feel we could have great success with. They have an impressive history in the Omaha market, and with the operational intelligence and manpower we have, we can only see the business continuing to grow in the future. I will assume primary leadership responsibilities over the company. We are retaining their current operations manager, office manager and several part time employees. We are also fortunate to be able to maintain a relationship with their current owner in this early stage as we fully transition them under our umbrella.

Not only is this a transition in ownership, we’ve made the decision to rebrand and reintroduce Branching Out to the marketplace under a new name known as Verdure Elements. This decision comes with a lot of careful thought and consideration, and we feel that the timing was right to do so right away so that we could leverage the unique opportunities this acquisition presents itself with. The new name and brand is a reflection of where the company’s vision is heading and where we want to go in the future. Check out the new Verdure Elements website!

We’re excited about the transition the company has undergone in a short period of time, and our goal is to continue maintaining and building on the strong reputation and commitment to customer service that Branching Out has been known for.
