2015 Annual Awards Banquet Celebration

One way we show appreciation to our employees is through our Annual Awards Banquet held in the spring. At the banquet, we commend the service of employees who are celebrating their work anniversaries to show gratitude for their continuous service to the company. Without their dedication, Wright Outdoor Solutions wouldn’t be what it is today.

“In today’s world of instant gratification, it is refreshing and heartening to attend our awards banquet each year,” said Holly Skoog, general manager of Wright Outdoor Solutions. “The recognition of service to our employees plays a key role in letting them know how much they mean to us. It also gives us the opportunity to say thanks for all their hard work. Few companies can boast about retaining employees for more than five or 10 years, let alone 20. That is a direct result of the commitment we have to each and every one of our employees.”

The apple does not fall far from the tree in the Griffiths family. Jake Griffiths, son of Master Arborist John Griffiths, was the first place winner of the John Wright Memorial Arbor Day contest. Honoring the memory of founder John L. and his son John R. Wright, the contest is designed to further the understanding of Arbor Day and the importance of trees and is open to the children and grandchildren of our employees and retirees.

An extra special thanks to Account Manager Anna Saemisch who designed beautiful fresh flower centerpieces for the event.
