Employee Spotlight: Jaime Brinkman

Account Manager Jaime Brinkman joined Wright Outdoor Solutions in 2013. From her very first visit, it was obvious to her that Wright Outdoor Solutions would be a great team to join where she could do exactly what she loves. Jaime was attracted to the company’s strong reputation for quality work and innovative design.

It turned out to be a perfect match because Jaime loves her role at Wright Outdoor Solutions. She finds great satisfaction in working closely with clients to create a space they’ll enjoy. Ultimately, she loves seeing the transformation of homes and building a relationship with the client throughout the process. Additionally, Jaime appreciates that the company values education, giving her the opportunity to learn new things about the industry every day. Her co-workers would describe her as a hard worker.

Native to Clarion, Iowa, Jaime grew up on a row crop farm and went to school in Webster City. She earned a degree from Iowa State University (ISU) in critical studies of design and horticulture with an emphasis in landscape planting, design and installation. After spending her first year at ISU studying biochemistry, Jaime knew she couldn’t picture herself in a lab day in and day out. Rather she took her love for science and combined it with her love for people, the outdoors and creativity. Once Jaime dug into horticulture, she loved it. An internship during college solidified her decision and the rest is history.

When she’s not at work, she spends most of her time outside with friends and family or tending to her small acreage. Additionally, Jaime enjoys serving as a youth director at her church. Although it is difficult to pick her favorite tree as an International Society of Arboriculture Board Certified Arborist, she currently fancies the gingko tree.
