A Festive Celebration

The Wright Outdoor Solutions team took the afternoon off from the office Friday, December 11 to enjoy a festive celebration at the annual holiday party! Just like last year, the party took place at Uncle Buck’s Fishbowl and Grill in Altoona. Employees enjoyed a build-your-own burger bar, drinks, bowling and other fun activities.

Upon arrival, employees were greeted by receptionist and accounts payable clerk Cherie Dreier. Each employee was given a raffle ticket for a chance to win a Hy-Vee gift card and the chance to brush up on their guessing skills by guessing the number of candy pieces in a jar. To raise the stakes even higher, employees were also given a jingle bell necklace and told they had to avoid certain words related to the holiday season. If they were caught saying any of the “forbidden” words, they would lose their necklace to the person catching them in the act. A tricky, but fun, activity!

Delicious food was enjoyed by all before hitting the lanes for some good old fashioned bowling. It was a chance for the team to kick back and enjoy the camaraderie of those they work with. To check out the festivities, click here.
