Meet Jadyn Miller, an account manager based in Des Moines, who joined the team in 2025. With three years of experience managing a retail garden and nursery center, Jadyn knows how to showcase your space, your way —with a special knack for exterior enhancements.

Her passion for plants runs deep. Growing up on an acreage, Jadyn spent countless hours helping her parents plant trees, shrubs and flowers. That early exposure blossomed into a career she loves, thanks to her parents’ influence!

With a never-ending list of things to learn in this industry, Jadyn is always expanding her knowledge to better serve our customers. She thrives on building strong relationships and being part of the journey to help clients bring their vision to life.

One of her favorite parts of the job? The people! Jadyn loves the collaborative spirit of working for an employee-owned company and being surrounded by a team that’s just as passionate as she is. One of her favorite projects to date has been helping install interior plants at a brand-new bank location in Clear Lake, Iowa.

Her favorite flower is the cardinal flower, thanks to the hummingbirds and butterflies it attracts. When she’s not working, you’ll find Jadyn in her garden, out walking her dog or at thrift shops.
