Operations Team

Brandon Patava has been a valued member of our team since 2010, having experience across our enhancement, arbor and fleet operations. Over the years, he’s worn many hats, but is driven by a passion for the outdoors and training others.

Certified through the Accredited Snow Contractors Association and with an Advanced Snow Manager Course credential, Brandon is a seasoned professional who now serves as our Fleet & Snow Operations Manager.

What drew Brandon to the company was the opportunity to work outside and be part of an employee-owned company. He enjoys the opportunity to train others. He finds purpose in teaching staff about equipment and mechanical skills, knowledge they can carry with them beyond the workplace. His favorite projects are the ones where he can help crews become more efficient in the field.

The first tree Brandon ever planted at home was a catalpa, and it remains one of his favorites. Outside of work, you’ll find him enjoying the outdoors, whether he’s hunting, fishing, or spending time with his labs.
